Alan Anderson Atelier accepts product returns. Please contact shipping@alananderson.design to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Security tag(s) must be intact and attached to return item(s). If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, item(s) can be returned for a full refund within five-days of the merchandise delivery date.

Items must not have been worn or altered in any way, nor show any signs of use. All items must be returned with their original packaging including box(es) which must not be damaged or altered or used as the external parcel packaging for the return shipment.

The cost of return shipping to Alan Anderson Atelier is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds are processed as soon as returned items have been inspected and accepted by Alan Anderson Atelier. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or do not meet the requirements described here.
